1. Property Purchase Service
We aim to offer a first class, friendly and non pressurised service to all our clients. At no time is there any pressure to buy. We would not want anyone to enter into a financial commitment without feeling entirely comfortable about it.
We are constantly sourcing value property investments to suit all needs and budgets.
When you first contact us we will identify your specific investment criteria, advise on current trends, hotspots and estimated returns on selected properties/regions and help to create a shortlist of properties for you to review.
At this point you may want to visit the short listed properties. Our staff in the UK are happy to assist in organising your one to one viewing trip. They can assist with booking flights and accommodation and scheduling a viewing appointment with one of our experienced English speaking agents.
Overseas Prospects will assist you in negotiating a price acceptable to you and the vendor, and a reservation agreement would be signed by both parties. The deposit would usually be held by the seller or in a client account.
We can introduce you to a reputable lawyer (licensed in the appropriate country) to act on your behalf, or you are free to choose who you wish. It is usual to sign a Power of Attorney that will enable them to sign papers and transfer money on your instructions.
In the case of off plan developments, our staff will keep you constantly updated on progress of the development and manage the timing of your staged payments.

2. Foreign Exchange Services
We are happy to recommend two FOREX providers, both based in the UK. Both are experienced in sending money overseas and will offer you much better exchange rates than high street banks, whichever country you are in.
