Overseas Prospects is a subsidiary of Montenegro Prospects Ltd, which was founded by some of the most experienced real estate professionals in the Montenegrin market.
We wanted to help our clients grow their property portfolios by offering excellent value properties in other emerging markets. To date we have found these in Calabria (Italy), Croatia and Albania, and are always looking to expand our range.

We are an active member of AIPP (Association of International Property Professionals).
